Vinny Lingham is the CEO of Rumi, a market-challenging video meeting solution that facilitates time-boxed, queue-based, streamlined meetings for groups of 10 or more people. He is also the chairman of the board and co-founder of Civic, a blockchain company that offers decentralized identity verification. Additionally, in 2018, he became a general partner in the top cryptocurrency investment fund, Multicoin Capital, an active investor and co-founder of South Africa’s leading venture capital firm, Newtown Partners, and has also led early-stage investments in successful startups like SweepSouth. Vinny was a Shark on Shark Tank South Africa, a Dragon on Dragon’s Den South Africa, and an Angel on National Geographic’s Undercover Angel, and co-wrote a book titled “I’m In: Essential Advice for Entrepreneurs.” Previously, Vinny was the co-founder and CEO of Gyft, a mobile gift card company that was bought by the global leader in payments, First Data Corporation.
Neal Bloom is a serial founder, startup community leader, and investor with Interlock Capital. Interlock Capital brings hundreds of tech founders/leaders together to invest their brain power and capital in companies where they have the most subject matter expertise.
Priscilla Guevara is a General Partner and Head of Investor Relations of Science, a Los Angeles-based multi-asset investment firm partnering with and investing in disruptive consumer technology companies in traditional venture equity and blockchain investments. Priscilla leads the structuring and capital formation efforts for SPVs and new investment vehicles while expanding Science’s barbelled investment platform inclusive of early-stage venture funds, and co-invest follow-on. Science’s consumer tech practice has invested in and built household names like Dollar Shave Club, MeUndies, Mammoth Media and Liquid Death. Prior to Science, Priscilla served as an investor at ZX Ventures (Anheuser-Busch’s CVC arm) and an investor in sustainable assets on behalf of family offices. Further, her early international experience and expertise across Wall Street from Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation to Neuberger Berman and JCAM (Moore Capital) has resulted in growth of $10B+ AUM. She is currently the Chair of the Senior Women in Private Equity Group (West Coast Chapter) and on the Development Committee of the James Beard Foundation. She previously served on the board of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (NYC Chapter).
