The software you are about to use functions as a free, open source, crypto management platform.
IF YOU LOSE ACCESS TO YOUR EDGE ACCOUNT USERNAME AND PASSWORD AND YOU HAVE NOT SEPARATELY CREATED CORRESPONDING RECOVERY QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ANY CRYPTOCURRENCY YOU HAVE ASSOCIATED WITH THAT EDGE ACCOUNT WILL BECOME INACCESSIBLE.
1. All outbound cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible.
2. The software does not constitute an account where Edge or other third parties serve as financial intermediaries or custodians of your cryptocurrency.
3. While the software has undergone beta testing and continues to be improved by feedback from the open-source user and developer community, we cannot guarantee that there will be no bugs in the software.
4. You acknowledge that your use of this software is at your own discretion and in compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
5. You are responsible for safekeeping your passwords, private key pairs, PINs and any other codes you use to access the software.
6. The authors of the software, employees and affiliates of Edge, copyright holders, and Airbitz, Inc. cannot retrieve your private keys or passwords if you lose or forget them and cannot guarantee transaction confirmation as they do not have control over the cryptocurrency networks.
7. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this software is provided “as is” and no representations or warranties can be made of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness or a particular purpose and noninfringement.
8. You assume any and all risks associated with the use of the software. In no event shall the authors of the software, employees and affiliates of Edge, copyright holders, or Airbitz Inc. be held liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software.
9. We reserve the right to modify this disclaimer from time to time.

For example, we collect information when you create an account, participate in any interactive features of the Services, fill out a form, complete a cryptocurrency transaction via the Services, request customer support or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information we may collect include your email address and any other information you choose to provide.
1.2 Information We Collect Automatically When You Use Our Services
When you access or use our Services, we automatically collect information about your device, including:
- Device Information: We may collect information about the mobile device you use to access our mobile application, including the hardware model, operating system and version and mobile network information.
- Wallet Address Information: When you create a wallet through our Services, encrypted wallet public key and private key pairs are automatically generated by the Application and stored via our Services in encrypted form. We do not store the passwords required to decrypt public or private keys.
1.3 Sharing of Information
- With the cryptocurrency networks, we will share your public wallet addresses to determine your balances and transactions;
- In response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with, or as otherwise required by, any applicable law, regulation or legal process;
- If we believe your actions are inconsistent with the spirit or language of our user agreements or policies, or to protect the rights, property and safety of us or others;
- In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of our assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company;
- With your consent or at your direction, including if we notify you through our Services that the information you provide will be shared in a particular manner and you provide such information.
We may also share aggregated or de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

You may update or correct information about you or your account at any time by logging into your online account.
