In honor of the US election happening this month, we will doing a roundtable discussion centered around democracy, DAO’s and Zcash’s unique voting system.
The ZCash Foundation (ZF) utilizes Helious, a private and verifiable voting platform to conduct polls regarding changes and amendments to the foundation and strategy. The polls are ultimately non-binding and ZF can vote against the ZCAP’s (Zcash Community Advisory Pannel’s) recommendation; however, that has never happened before.
